Pay Rates
- Monday to Friday: £13.76 per hour
- Equivalent to £15.42 per hour including value of holiday pay

About the Role
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established business operating within the automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing night shift work with a company that regularly offers permanent opportunities to reliable and consistent operatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Picking automotive parts using handheld scanning equipment
- Accurately selecting products against customer orders
- Packing products ready for dispatch
- Putting stock away into designated warehouse locations
- Supporting stock replenishment and warehouse operations
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Working towards daily productivity targets
- Maintaining excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Supporting colleagues across multiple warehouse functions when required
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00pm until 6:00am
- 30-minute break entitlement per shift
- Ongoing long-term assignment
- Potential permanent opportunities following a successful trial period
Requirements
The successful Warehouse Operative will require:
- Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous
- Experience using handheld scanners is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work towards performance targets
- Reliable attendance and excellent timekeeping
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High-visibility vest
- Plain dark workwear suitable for warehouse duties
