Pure Staff are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced and reliable Class 2 (Cat C) Driver to support our valued client based in the Tamworth area. This is ad-hoc work with the potential for ongoing, regular shifts, with immediate starts available.

Class 2 Driver – Role Requirements

  • UK Category C (Class 2) licence held for a minimum of 2 years
  • At least 12 months’ Class 2 driving experience
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
  • Good understanding of UK road networks
  • A flexible, reliable, and professional attitude

Ad-hoc Class 2 multidrop work (with potential for ongoing work):

  • Typically 5–10 drops per shift
  • Palletised deliveries – majority forklifted off
  • Occasional light handball may be required
  • Regular communication with Transport and Warehouse teams

Shift Information

  • Monday to Friday (varied ad-hoc bookings)
  • Day shifts – start times to be confirmed per run
  • £15.00 per hour
  • £2.09 per hour holiday accrual (paid when annual leave is taken)
  • PAYE payroll – no umbrella companies or hidden deductions
  • Weekly pay with accurate, on-time payslips
