Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor Nights to join our client at their new Daventry site. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term temp to perm position with a global logistics leader.

Your Role:

  • Move stock and pallets around the warehouse
  • Support general warehouse operations as required
  • Work within a clean and organised logistics environment
  • Always follow site health and safety procedures
  • Manage and supervise employees (Holiday, sickness and Performance)

Requirements:

  • Ability to work accurately and safely
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Able to complete a week of training prior to starting the fixed shift
  • Supervisor or Manager experience
