Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a Senior Operative to work for our client based just outside of Hartlebury, near Kidderminster and Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for our client who has recently experienced a huge period of growth. Our client has been leading experts in their field for over 35 years.

You will be joining an experienced food manufacturing team utilising your own knowledge to ensure the smooth running of the operation working alongside management.

Duties for this Senior Operative role include:

  • Loading products into hoppers to be mixed
  • Weighing products to ensure you create the correct blend
  • Labelling bags of mixed products
  • Sealing bags of product ready to be palletised
  • Quality checking items
  • Some aspects of heavy lifting up to 25kg throughout the working shift
  • Supervising staff and ensuring company standards are met

Previous experience within a production senior position is required.

Hours of work available for this Senior Operative role:

PM SHIFT MONDAY-FRIDAY 04:45 - 13:00

Pay for this shift is £14.00 per hour.

We have immediate starts available for this Senior Operative role.
