Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader working for our client based in Tewkesbury. Our client are specialists in the supply of dairy products throughout the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to be part of a well-established business.

Pure Staff have immediate starts for this role on a temp to perm basis.

  • Lead, motivate, and train staff through practical instruction, ensuring line efficiency.
  • Work as part of a leadership team to uphold and exceed internal and external quality standards.
  • Ensure all production records are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance, quality, or production issues promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards across all operations.
  • Assist in fostering a safe work environment, following Health and Safety policies.
  • Provide flexibility to cover various shifts, ensuring production needs are met.

Important Note: This is a physically active role and requires manual handling.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with food production, HACCP, and KPIs.
  • Experience in the dairy or food production industry.

Hours of work for a Production Team Leader are Mon - Sat 05:15 - 13:30, 5 Days a week Rotation weekly. You will never work a Sunday so the shift is rotation of Monday to Saturday with finish times based on production demands.

The pay for this Production Team Leader role is: £14.54 - £16.25 depending on time served experience. This role is offering a permanent placement after a successful trial period of a minimum 12-week work.
