Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Metal Saw Operative for our client based in the Cleobury Mortimer area. Our client is a specialist in steel supplies and is looking for a Metal Saw Operative to join their close-knit team.
Your Role as a Metal Saw Operative
- Moving steel products around the warehouse using handball and forklift
- Operating cutting machinery such as 6 Danobat and Kasto Saws
- Material handling
- Reading and working from drawings
- Packing products ready for dispatch
Requirements
- Experience within the steel or metal industry
- Counterbalance forklift licence desirable
- Experience operating cutting machinery (6 Danobat and Kasto Saws)
- Ability to follow drawings and work accurately
- Reliable, physically fit, and able to work within a busy environment
Pay & Shifts
£15.22 per hour
Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday:
- Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
- Week 2: 08:00 - 16:00
- Week 3: 11:00 - 19:00
