Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance Driver working for our prestigious client based in Northampton, assisting in their logistics distribution and supply chain. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is hardworking and driven to grow and develop in a close-knit team.
FLT Counterbalance Drivers must also be able to complete general warehouse duties such as order picking and maintain the warehouse's cleanliness. Pure Staff have immediate starts for this role on a temp to perm basis.
Duties for this FLT Counterbalance Driver role are as follows:
- Order picking customer orders
- Quality Checks
- Loading and unloading cages
- Loading on the back of trailers
The work will involve lifting, pushing, and pulling of heavy trolleys. A Counterbalance License is essential for this role. Basic IT skills would be advantageous but not essential. Outside work is also involved.

Hours of work for this FLT Counterbalance Driver role: Monday - Friday 14:30 - 22:30
Pay for this FLT Counterbalance driver role is £13.60 per hour. This role is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.
