Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £13.17 per hour (rising to £13.53 after training)

Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver on behalf of our client based in Tewkesbury. Our client is a well-established supplier of dairy products across the UK, offering a clean and organised working environment and long-term career opportunities.
Your role as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver
- Safely unload trailers using a counterbalance forklift truck
- Move stock between warehouse and yard areas
- Load goods onto HGVs and vans for delivery
- Maintain accurate stock movement and follow safety procedures
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Good awareness of warehouse safety and procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
Pay & Hours
- Hourly Rate: £13.17 per hour, rising to £13.53 after successful completion of training
- Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly
– Week 1: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 16:30
- Week 2: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 18:30
* Saturday Shift: 07:00 – 15:30/16:00
- Working Week: Minimum 37.5 hours, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis
