Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join a large and well-established distribution company based in Shepton Mallet. This role involves a mix of forklift driving and manual handling within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Your Role
- Loading and unloading goods
- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck
- Quality checking products to ensure standards are met
- Manual handling and handball where required
- General warehouse duties as needed
- Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
- Accredited Counterbalance Forklift licence preferred
- In-house licence accepted with proof of licence
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience desirable
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Pay & Shifts
- £12.73 per hour, increasing to £15.00 per hour after 12 weeks
- Monday- Friday 01:00- 09:30
