Our client specialises in the distribution of automotive parts to customers across the UK and is looking for someone with strong customer service and call handling experience to support their growing operation.

Your role as a Sales Advisor:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and orders
- Updating customers on current offers and promotions
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the wider sales and administration team
- Meeting targets and deadlines set by management
The ideal Sales Advisor will have:
- Previous call centre experience
- Experience handling high call volumes (600+ calls per day within a team environment)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive or parts knowledge is beneficial but not essential
