Class 1 ADR tanker driver for immediate starts in Newport - paying up to £20ph. Pure Staff are looking for experienced Class 1 ADR tanker drivers to work alongside one of our clients in Newport. Our client is looking for a driver who can start Friday and stay out until Monday, with a minimum of 3 nights out and overtime available during the week.
Pay rates:
- Monday to Friday: £18ph
- Saturday and Sunday: £20ph
- Nights out: £25 per night out
Duties of Class 1 ADR tanker driver:
- Can be a mixture of tanks and packages
- Shift pattern may include weekends due to distance being travelled
- Well maintained vehicles
- A positive mentality
The ideal Class 1 ADR tanker driver will have:
- A valid HGV Class 1 Driving License
- 6 months Class 1 experience is preferred for this role
- Valid CPC Card
- Valid Digital Card
- Valid ADR License
- Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD codes)
Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law, averaging up to 10 to 12 hours per shift.
