Class 2 Refuse Drivers needed in Worcester for temp-perm position
Pure Staff are currently looking for Class 2 Refuse Drivers in Worcester for a temp-perm vacancy.
Pay rates;
Tuesday to Friday days paying £14.13ph
Pay rate then goes up to £14.59ph once drivers go perm.
This role is a temp-perm position with potential permanent positions for the right candidate.
Shifts start from 6.45am until approx. 16.30pm.
Duties of Class 2 Refuse Drivers;
- Collection of waste and recycling
- Tuesday to Friday shifts
- Working in a crew alongside loaders
- Manual handling as will need to help loaders with bins
- Driving around residential areas
Our clients are looking for a candidate that can not only drive an HGV Class 2 refuse lorry successfully but also have good communication to ensure that all collections are completed in a timely manner by speaking to the transport team.
Class 2 Refuse Drivers will require;
- HGV Class 2 Driving licence
- New passes accepted
- CPC Card
- Digital card
- Clean Driving Licence preferred with no more than 6 points (no TT TS MS DR DD codes)
Additional to the pay, you will accrue Holiday pay payable with 7 day's notice of booked holiday. You will also be enrolled after 3 months into a pension.
