Class 2 Refuse Driver needed in Yate for ongoing position. Pure Staff are currently looking for a Class 2 Refuse Driver in Yate. Monday to Friday days paid at £18ph. Shifts start from around 6am.
Duties of the Class 2 Refuse Driver:
- Collection of waste and recycling
- Working in a crew alongside loaders
- Manual handling as will need to help loaders with bins
- Driving around residential areas
Our clients are looking for a candidate that can not only drive an HGV Class 2 refuse lorry successfully but also have good communication to ensure that all collections are completed in a timely manner by speaking to the transport team.
The Class 2 Refuse Driver will require:
- HGV Class 2 Driving licence
- New passes accepted
- CPC Card
- Digital card
- Clean Driving Licence preferred with no more than 6 points (no TT TS MS DR DD codes)
Additional to the pay, you will accrue Holiday pay payable with 7 day's notice of booked holiday. You will also be enrolled after 3 months into a pension.
