Site Team Leader – £15/hour | Full-Time | Paid Travel | Mon-Fri

Location: Wednesbury(Travel Required)
Pay: £15.00 per hour + Paid Travel Time
Hours: Minimum 48 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Are you a hands-on leader with a CSCS card and experience in property clearance or site safety? We\’re looking for a Site Team Leader to join our clients growing team in securing and cleaning disused or void properties across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team on-site to deliver:

• Property clearances and deep cleans in void or disused premises
• Graffiti and biohazard removal (including pigeon guano and needle sweeps)
• Installation of building access prevention systems (steel/timber screens, security doors, CCTV, and alarms)

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card – essential
• Experience in property clearance, construction, or facilities services
• Comfortable working in challenging environments (e.g., void properties, biohazards)
• Ability to work at height and on scaffolding
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Full UK driving license essential
