We're currently recruiting for a reliable Class 2 Driver to join our team based in Sutton Coldfield. This is a great opportunity for HGV drivers who are at the start of their career and have just passed the 6 month mark on their licence, as those who perform well may get an ongoing opportunity with a reputable and long-standing client of ours.

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Job Role:

  • Multi-drop deliveries (10-12 drops per shift)
  • Transporting packaged and palletised paper products
  • Offloading using tail lift and pump truck
  • Some handballing of goods required
  • Ensuring timely and safe deliveries to customers

Start Times: Average start times between 05:00 AM - 07:00 AM

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months holding a valid HGV Class 2 licence
  • At least 3 months driving experience in a similar role
  • Minimum age: 25 years old
  • Good understanding of UK road regulations and tach hours
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Consistent communication whilst on the road
