Van Driver and Installer
Join Pure Staff and work as a Van Driver and Installer with our reliable and reputable long-term client in Fradley. This is a Temporary to Permanent position meaning you work through Pure Staff for 13 weeks then become a permanent member of staff with the client at the end of that period!
Pure Staff provide temporary to permanent recruitment services to this client. We have supplied this customer since 2018, and we are recruiting for them again!
What\’s in it for you?

Your role as a Van Driver and Installer in Fradley
- Capable of lifting: deliver furniture weighing from 50kg as part of a 2-person team.
- Efficient & safe deliveries: ensure timely, accurate deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.
- Communication: keep in regular contact with the depot and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Installation experience required: Must be able to put furniture together using an electric drill.
- Customer facing: Being Polite, presentable, and respectful of customers who you are delivering to.
Requirements
- A minimum 1-year experience as a van driver.
- Must have held your driving licence for at least 2 years for insurance purposes
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
- Good attention to detail ensuring safe loading and unloading of goods.
- Reliable (on time for work and a good attendance record)
- Complete an online induction prior to starting work
- Available to start immediately in Wednesbury and Lichfield
Pay
- £12.60 per hour (Monday to Friday) + Holiday Entitlement + Pension auto enrolment.
- Permanent job with client after a temporary period as soon as 13 weeks.
- Timely, accurate & reliable payment. Weekly payslips whilst working with Pure Staff.
