The Role

As a Van Driver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering automotive parts to trade and industrial customers within a 75-mile radius of Crawley
  • Loading and unloading vehicle parts of various sizes and weights
  • Safely handling heavier items such as engines and oil drums
  • Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image
  • Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
  • Ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed accurately
  • Maintaining communication with the transport team throughout your shift
  • Driving a large van safely and confidently while adhering to road traffic regulations

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 6 months of commercial van driving experience
  • A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
  • No more than 6 penalty points
  • A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confidence carrying out vehicle safety checks
  • Availability for ongoing work

Holiday Pay & Benefits
