Class 2 Driver - Days required for an ASAP start in Portbury at £16.50 per hour. Pure Staff are recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver working on day shifts. Pay rates are Monday to Friday at £16.50 per hour PAYE. You will accrue £2.31 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave. We believe regular rest is essential for safety and mental wellbeing of all workers.
Class 2 Drivers are required for an ASAP start for a company that deals with Scrap Tyre Collection around Bristol, based in Portbury. This role will involve heavy handball. It is Monday to Friday work with start times from 6am, no weekends.
Duties of a HGV Class 2 Driver include:
- Heavy handball
- Collection and Unload of Scrap Tyres
- 10-12 hour days
- 6am start time
- Speak to customers in a professional manner
- Clean driving license with no more than 6 points (no TT TS MS DR DD DG codes)
The ideal candidate will be:
- Reliable
- Have excellent time keeping
- 1 Year of experience as a Class 2 required
