Pure Staff Birmingham are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 shunter nights driver to support one of our customers situated in the Rugby area. This is your chance to get ongoing work with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. If you fit the criteria below, please do not hesitate to apply.
The role for an HGV Class 1 shunter nights driver:
- Shunting within a 10-mile radius
- Long hours
- Start times from 8PM to 8AM
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- No handball
- Be able to perform vehicle checks
To be a successful HGV Class 1 shunter nights driver for this role you will need:
- UK Category C+E license
- In date Digi and CPC card
- 6 months minimum Class 1 driving experience
- Minimum 21 years old due to insurance purposes
- Opportunity for permanent position
- Flexibility on shift patterns
- Reliable (on time for work and a good attendance record)
- No more than 6 points on your licence
Rates for an HGV Class 1 night's driver: 4 on 4 off days = £17.50
