Pure Staff Birmingham are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver to support one of our established clients based in the Clitheroe area. This role offers ongoing temporary work with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate following a successful period.

This is a customer-facing role, so strong communication skills and a professional attitude are essential when dealing with customers, site staff, and colleagues on a daily basis.

The Role:
  • 2-8 crane-assisted deliveries per shift
  • Delivering building materials and equipment to construction sites and commercial locations
  • Operating a HIAB crane for safe loading and unloading
  • Manual handling involved as part of daily duties
  • Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

Start time: 07:30AM
Finish time: 17:00PM
Long working days may be expected depending on workload

Requirements:
  • Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Licence
  • Valid HIAB Certification (ALLMI or equivalent)
  • In-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Minimum 1 year Class 2 driving experience required
  • Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual attitude
  • Flexible approach to work and duties
Pay & Benefits:
  • £15.00 per hour - Monday to Friday
  • Ongoing temporary work
  • Opportunity for a permanent position

  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Day shifts, Alternative Saturdays required
