Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Transportation: Must have your own mode of transport.

Duties

  • Responsible for all stock held in all warehouses or locations.
  • Receipt stock onto SAP system from purchase orders.
  • Receive and dispatch all goods in accordance with the needs of the business.
  • Ensure all orders are correctly picked, safely packed and accurately addressed and shipped with the relevant courier/service.
  • Check product weights are accurately recorded on the SAP system.
  • Ensure all orders received are dispatched on the same day where possible.
  • Building of kits including the issuing out of components and then book in completed kit.
  • Package, Bag, Label or insertion of screws/Instructions where required (production orders).
  • Stock transfers from Warehouse to warehouse or bin number to bin number.
  • Ensure all returned stock is correctly packaged with screws/instructions and then book back into stock.
  • Ensure the layout of the warehouse and related goods in/out areas is as flexible, efficient and effective as possible.
  • Ensure that the warehouse and outside space is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • All packing materials are stowed correctly and that all rubbish is cleared by the end of day.
  • Security check all multiple/boxed orders to ensure the products and quantities match delivery notes before despatch.
  • All pallets are correctly stored.
  • Forklift experience necessary – FLT licence or experience desirable.
