Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of our fantastic and long-standing client based in Worcester. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and well-established manufacturing business, with full training provided and long-term career potential.

Your Role as a Factory Operative

  • Working in a designated area assembling and trimming metal parts
  • Using small precision hand tools, such as files, to shape products to specification
  • Working towards daily and weekly production targets
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Following all site safety procedures
  • Full training provided

Requirements

  • Ability to use hand tools (training provided)
  • Able to work efficiently and towards targets
  • Reliable, punctual and hard-working
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay & Shifts

  • £12.73 per hour
  • Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00
