Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of our fantastic and long-standing client based in Worcester. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and well-established manufacturing business, with full training provided and long-term career potential.
Your Role as a Factory Operative
- Working in a designated area assembling and trimming metal parts
- Using small precision hand tools, such as files, to shape products to specification
- Working towards daily and weekly production targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following all site safety procedures
- Full training provided
