Duties
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding instructions, orders, and deliveries.
- Giving excellent customer service and keeping customers updated with orders. Managing and responding to queries promptly.
- Liaising between departments and ensuring seamless processes.
- Communicating with customers on status of orders and deliveries.
- Managing stock control.
- Booking delivery dates for manual and pre-booked orders.
- Updating and managing the excel databases and spreadsheets.
- Analysing customer orders and dates of those orders.
- Creating and issuing of pick sheets, order confirmations, packing lists etc.
- This is a permanent role, office based Mon-Fri from 830am-5pm
