Duties

  • Liaising with the warehouse regarding instructions, orders, and deliveries.
  • Giving excellent customer service and keeping customers updated with orders. Managing and responding to queries promptly.
  • Liaising between departments and ensuring seamless processes.
  • Communicating with customers on status of orders and deliveries.
  • Managing stock control.
  • Booking delivery dates for manual and pre-booked orders.
  • Updating and managing the excel databases and spreadsheets.
  • Analysing customer orders and dates of those orders.
  • Creating and issuing of pick sheets, order confirmations, packing lists etc.
  • This is a permanent role, office based Mon-Fri from 830am-5pm
