An exciting opportunity has become available for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and professional warehouse and distribution team based in Coventry. This company is a well-established supplier of fresh food produce, including meat and fish, to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and store fresh food deliveries within the warehouse
  • Pick, pack, and prepare meat and fish products for distribution
  • Carry out stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Support urgent operational stock requirements as needed
  • Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and temperature control procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ Warehouse Operative experience
  • Comfortable working with fresh food produce, including meat and fish
  • Ability to lift and handle items in line with Health and Safety guidelines
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail

Additional Information:

  • This is a non-shift role with no regular weekend or evening work
