Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative (Forklift Trained) to join our client based in Tottenham, London.
Our client is a fast-growing food distribution company supplying high-quality products to customers across multiple sectors.

As a Warehouse Operative (Forklift Trained), you will take ownership of a designated warehouse section, such as Frozen, Chilled, Grocery, Fresh, Bakery, Ambient, Non-Food, Soft Drinks, or Confectionery, ensuring stock is stored, replenished, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Your Role
- Working closely with the Goods-In team to receive and process incoming stock
- Taking ownership of an assigned warehouse section and ensuring products are correctly stored, labelled, and organised
- Rotating stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to maintain freshness and compliance
- Picking, replenishing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring product quality, expiry dates, and damaged stock, reporting issues when necessary
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse area, including daily housekeeping duties
- Assisting with stock counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Supporting Goods-In, Dispatch, and other warehouse functions when required
- Following all Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and company procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and move goods safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a designated area efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Pay & Shifts
- £15 per hour
- Monday – Sunday (shift rota) working 6 days a week

- 07:00 – 16:00
- 15:00 – 00:00
- 22:00 – 07:00
