Overview
What you will be doing:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing, lapsed, and potential customers
- Providing a 'personal service' approach to key Gold customers
- Selling core range products, completing a customer gap analysis from top-selling lines
- Sourcing new customers within focused geographic areas
- Re-engaging lapsed and lost customers to rebuild relationships and recover business
- Reviewing order history and identifying lost lines, understanding reasons and proposing solutions
- Promoting new product development (NPD), arranging samples and managing follow-ups, securing listings and gathering structured customer feedback on samples
- Supporting clearance stock activity within agreed margin and volume guidelines
- Conducting competitor research and producing a weekly market intelligence report
- Recording all customer interactions, feedback, and insights accurately within the CRM system
- Learning technical aspects of our products and how they solve our customers' problems
