Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution operation.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring heating products are accurately picked, packed and prepared for delivery while maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment.
Your Role
As a
Warehouse Operative , your duties will include
- Picking and packing heating supplies accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading deliveries and goods.
- Checking incoming and outgoing stock for accuracy and quality.
- Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring products are correctly labelled.
- Moving stock around the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment.
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory management.
- Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
- Following all company health and safety procedures.
- Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling.
- Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment.
- Good attention to detail when picking and checking orders.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive approach to work and willingness to learn.
