Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders at height.
- Work in line with warehouse processes and strict health & safety procedures.
- Accurately pick stock from high-level locations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet nightly targets and deadlines.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ warehouse experience is essential.
- Previous experience operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) is essential.
- A valid, in-date HLOP licence/certificate is required.
- VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) experience is desirable but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Willingness to commit to a long-term role and progress within the business.
