Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician for our client based in Gloucester stonehouse location. Our client is a specialist in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance and are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join their close-knit team.
Your Role as a Vehicle Technician
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete MOT preparation and inspections (if qualified)
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Accurately complete job cards and reports
- Will be required to test drive vehicles and on occasions deliver them to customers
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a Full UK driving licence
Pay & Shifts
£17 – £20 per hour depending on experience, to achieve the higher pay rate you must hold a level 3 Technician Installation Qualification
MONDAY – THURSDAY 08:00 – 17:00
FRIDAY 08:00 – 13:00
39 hours paid per week
