Job Title: Full-Time Office Administrator (HR Support)\\n Location: Nechells, Birmingham\\n Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm, flexibility considered)\\n Job Type: Full-Time\\n Salary: £12.25 per hour\\n Start Date: ASAP\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and well-organised Full-Time Office Administrator to join their busy office based in Nechells, Birmingham. This role would particularly suit an administrator with previous HR experience or an interest in developing within an HR-focused environment. You will play a key role in supporting both general office operations and HR-related administration.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nProviding general administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry\\nAnswering incoming phone calls and managing general email correspondence\\nAssisting with document preparation and internal communications\\nMaintaining accurate employee records and confidential files\\nSupporting HR processes such as onboarding, absence tracking, and personnel documentation\\nAssisting with invoicing, payroll input, or other basic finance and HR-related tasks\\nEnsuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirementsOffice Administrator Candidate Requirements:\\n\\nPrevious experience in an administrative or office support role\\nHR administration experience is preferable\\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\\nExcellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a small team\\nProfessional, discreet, and reliable with a positive, can-do attitudeWhat We Offer:\\n\\nFull-time, stable working hours\\nFriendly and supportive working environment\\nWeekly pay via the agency\\nOngoing support from our dedicated recruitment teamHow to Apply\\n\\nEasy to apply!
