Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding instructions, orders, and deliveries.
- Giving excellent customer service and keeping customers updated with orders.
- Managing and responding to queries promptly.
- Liaising between departments and ensuring seamless processes.
- Communicating with customers on status of orders and deliveries.
- Managing stock control.
- Booking delivery dates for manual and pre-booked orders.
- Updating and managing the excel databases and spreadsheets.
- Data uploads for e-platform customers i.e., like Zalando, NEXT etc.
- Analysing customer orders and dates of those orders.
- Creating and issuing of pick sheets, order confirmations, packing lists etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Operational experience.
- Track record of excellent customer service.
- Excellent Administrative skills.
- Sage experience would be a bonus.
- Knowledge of Zedonk ERP system would be advantageous.
Working hours: Mon-Fri from 8:30am-5pm
