About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our client's soft furnishings production team. You will be working on a range of industrial machines to create high-quality cushions, curtains and other soft furnishings for showroom environments.
Key Duties of an Industrial Sewing Machinist
- Operating industrial sewing machinery including:
- Flat bed sewing machines
- Over lockers
- Blind hem machines
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar industrial sewing role (desired)
- Proven experience using flat bed machines, over lockers, and blind hem machines
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- High attention to detail and strong craftsmanship
