What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and developing strong relationships with European road freight clients, maximising business opportunities and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Managing supplier relationships to secure reliable, efficient, and cost-effective transport solutions across Europe.
  • Preparing competitive freight quotations for both import and export shipments.
  • Handling operational administration, including creating job files, processing bookings, and issuing confirmations to suppliers.
  • Coordinating all necessary transport and customs documentation, including post‑Brexit customs clearance requirements.
  • Monitoring European road freight shipments from collection through to successful delivery, ensuring smooth operations at every stage.
  • Managing invoicing and completing shipment files accurately and efficiently.
