Overview
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, growers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, deliveries are made on time, and customer relationships are maintained to a high standard.
Duties
- Support the management of customer accounts and maintain strong working relationships.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
- Monitor customer requirements, forecasts, and sales performance.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, customer reviews, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Support the Commercial Manager in identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Coordinate daily supply chain activities from growers and suppliers to customers.
- Manage stock levels and monitor inventory to minimise waste and shortages.
- Monitor product availability and communicate any supply challenges proactively.
- Ensure accurate documentation, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Assist with demand planning and forecasting.
