Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the commercial manager and procurement manager within the food service and wholesale markets to assist the team in managing their own portfolio of products.
  • Help co-ordinate and manage day-to-day relationships with strategic supply partners.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers.
  • Assisting the team in managing the P&L.
  • Helping to monitor and manage stock arrivals ensuring expectations are met.
