Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for multiple Production Operatives for our long-standing client based in Droitwich. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process. Our client is a major distributor of dairy products across the UK. You’ll be working in a chilled environment due to the nature of the goods, supporting operations within the logistics, distribution, and supply chain sector.

Your role as a Production Operative:

  • Picking and packing orders into designated areas
  • Moving empty trolleys for restocking
  • Relocating stock within the warehouse
  • Labelling orders accurately for dispatch
  • Quality checking products
  • Flexibility to work across different sections as needed
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a chilled environment
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Available to work flexible shifts across the week
  • Previous warehouse or production experience desirable

Pay & Shifts:

  • Choose your preferred shift and working days (Monday to Sunday):
  • 06:00-15:00 £12.21 per hour (Mon-Fri)
  • £12.58 per hour (Saturday)
  • £13.00 per hour (Sunday)
  • 15:00-00:00 £12.21 per hour (Mon-Fri)
  • £12.58 per hour (Saturday)
  • £13.00 per hour (Sunday)
