Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a Domestic Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer, working for a Gas Engineering company based in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to join a well-knit team as a Domestic Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer Duties for this Domestic Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer role are as follows: Service, maintain, and repair domestic gas boilers and central heating systems in line with manufacturer and industry standards. Respond to emergency breakdowns, diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions. Carry out annual gas safety checks (CP12s) and landlord safety inspections. Ensure all work complies with current gas safety legislation and company policies. Accurately complete job sheets, service records, and required documentation (digital or paper-based). Provide technical advice and support to customers, ensuring they understand the work completed. Maintain stock levels and company equipment, ensuring tools and van are kept in safe working condition. Work independently and manage workload effectively, meeting deadlines and customer appointment times. Uphold high levels of professionalism, customer service, and health & safety awareness at all times.*Must have Full Uk driver\’s license* Qualifications ACS Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1). Proven experience as a Domestic Gas Engineer, specifically in service and breakdown. Full UK driving licence. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.Hours of work for this Domestic Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer Role: Monday -Friday 08:00 – 16:30 Pay for this Domestic Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer Role is £17.30 – £19.20 PH depending on experience. This role is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.
