About the Role
We are looking for a Stock Control Administrator to work for our client based in Daventry. This is a mainly warehouse-based role with some office and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking stock location accuracy, including counting stock and ensuring items are stored in the correct locations
- Carrying out stock investigations and supporting stock management activities
- Assisting with Returns processes (training provided), which will involve heavy lifting
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails in a polite and confident manner
- Using initiative to identify and resolve any issues that may arise
- Liaising closely with the DTH Customer Service Team to ensure all issues are logged and resolved quickly and efficiently
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Be confident using MS Office and email
- Have a positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be willing to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities
- Be able to work independently and use their own initiative
Additional Requirements
- An MHE licence is highly desirable
- Willingness to be trained is essential, with onsite training available
