We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support the sales team within a busy and growing engineering company based in Bilston, Wolverhampton. This is a short-term, 2-week temporary role, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and available to start immediately.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will provide key support to the sales team, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and customer order processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Processing sales orders and updating internal systems
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
  • Assisting with quotations and documentation
  • Coordinating with other departments to support order fulfilment
  • General office duties including filing and data entry
  • Completing handwritten documentation clearly and accurately where required
  • Creating, updating, and managing spreadsheets using Excel
  • Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines

  • Clear and legible handwriting skills
  • Previous administrative or sales support experience
