Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase and sales orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate deliveries and stock movements, liaising with Transport teams and Cold stores
- Raise invoices promptly and complete month-end processing to strict deadlines
- Process credit notes accurately and efficiently
- Credit Control, including sending statements and chasing overdue invoices
- Communicate proactively via phone and email to resolve queries and prevent delays
- Provide organised operational and administrative support to the Managing Director
- Identify opportunities to improve operational and administrative processes
- Manage shared mailboxes and ensure timely, professional responses
- Provide general business, sales, and operational support as required

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Confident and professional communicator, particularly on the phone
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Minimum of 12 month’s experience in an administrative, operations, or support role
