Flexographic Printing Operative Job Type: Temporary-to-Permanent Salary: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Flexographic Printing Operative on behalf of our fantastic and long-standing client based in Pershore, Worcestershire. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and well-established manufacturing business, working with wide web flexographic printing presses within a fast-paced production environment. Your Role as a Flexographic Printing Operative As a Flexographic Printing Operative, your duties will include: Setting up and printing high-quality designs up to 8 colours onto flexible plastic substrates and paper. Maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy and productivity to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of wide web flexographic printing presses. Taking a proactive approach to machine performance, observing processes and identifying any issues that may arise. Reporting issues to the Quality department that may affect output throughout the shift. Previous flexographic printing experience, minimum 3-5 years. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Pay & Shifts ~£15.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience. ~Paid breaks - 2 x 20-minute breaks per shift. Weekly pay from an experienced payroll team. Holiday accrued up to 28 days (pro-rata). Temporary-to-Permanent opportunity with a well-established employer. Free onsite parking.
