Pure Staff are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to work with one of our valued clients based in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 driver looking for ongoing work, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.
The Role
As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for completing multi-drop work to catering businesses across your designated route. Start times tend to be 06:00am. This role involves delivering refrigerated goods; therefore, candidates must be comfortable carrying out some handball, load securing, and multi-drop delivery with a refrigerated vehicle. This is a customer-facing role, requiring a professional attitude and excellent communication skills when representing both Pure Staff and our client.

What We're Looking For
- A valid UK Category C / Class 2 Licence
- A valid Driver CPC / DQC
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
- Confidence with strapping and securing loads
- Good understanding of load security
- Good knowledge of Drivers' Hours and Working Time regulations
- A professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude
