Are you an experienced Operations Manager or Senior Project/Contracts Manager with a strong background in mechanical services, construction or engineering? We are working exclusively with an established and growing mechanical services business to recruit an Operations Manager to take responsibility for the successful operational delivery of its projects across the UK. This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the Managing Director and playing a key role within the Senior Leadership Team.
You will lead the operational function, manage Project Managers and site delivery teams, oversee resource allocation and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and in line with commercial targets.
The Role:
- As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the operational delivery of mechanical projects from initial handover and mobilisation through to completion, commissioning, client handover and defects close-out.
