Holiday Pay
We believe professional HGV Drivers deserve proper paid annual leave. Rather than rolling your holiday pay into every hourly rate, your holiday entitlement builds up as you work and is ready to be paid when you book time off. That means when you take a well-earned break, your holiday pay is there waiting for you. Your holiday pay is accrued separately and paid when you take annual leave, ensuring you're rewarded while encouraging regular time off, which we believe is essential for safety, wellbeing, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
