Working closely with customers, installers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams, you will ensure jobs are properly planned, efficiently delivered and completed to the required standard.
The role is varied and demanding, with reactive work, changing priorities and occasional overnight, early-morning and weekend projects. In return, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, improve processes and progress into wider operational management.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, set up jobs on the CRM and maintain accurate records.

-
Order materials and monitor costs, ensuring deliveries arrive on time.
-
Record variations, obtain approvals and raise invoices for completed work.
-
Chase timesheets, photographs, completion paperwork and outstanding actions.
-
Monitor job progress, quality, customer feedback and remedial works.
-
Produce reports and ensure health, safety and compliance procedures are followed.
-
Identify improvements to processes, systems and operational efficiency.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
