  • Monday to Friday position , typically starting at
  • 05:00 to 07:00 , with shifts averaging around

10 hours . You'll be completing multi-drop deliveries across Didcot and surrounding areas in an Class 2 Vehicle, delivering to wholesale and retail customers.

  • Pay & Details for a Class 2 Driver
  • Monday to Friday (Days) = £15.98ph or £17.91 with holiday pay rolled-up
  • Monday to Friday (pre 6am) = £19.17ph or £21.48 with holiday pay rolled-up
  • Accurate & reliable weekly pay every Thursday evening / Friday morning.
  • Monday to Friday only
  • No weekend shifts currently required.

The Role

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you'll be responsible for

  • Multi-drop deliveries
  • Typically 8 Drops
  • Following planned routes and daily delivery manifests.
  • Checking deliveries and obtaining proof of delivery.
  • Completing daily vehicle and safety checks.
  • Providing a professional service when delivering to customers.
  • Electric Pallet truck for unloading stock
  • No Handball
  • Our Requirements

To be considered, you will need

Category C (Class 2) driving licence.

  • Valid

Driver CPC / DQC .

  • Valid

Digital Tachograph Card .

  • Previous HGV driving experience.
  • Multi-drop experience or confidence working within a busy multi-drop environment.
  • Good understanding of Drivers' Hours, Working Time and tachograph requirements.
  • Good customer-service and communication skills.
  • Careful and
  • Reliability and good timekeeping.
  • No more than 6 points on your licence.

Previous experience within food distribution, wholesale or London multi-drop delivery work as a Class 2 Driver would be advantageous.
