Duties:
- Order Book Management: Review incoming customer orders and translate them into actionable production and dispatch schedules.
- Inventory & Parts Checking: Monitor live stock levels and parts availability to prevent production bottlenecks or delayed shipments.
- Material Planning: Maintain and update Excel planning spreadsheets to calculate what materials need to be bought or manufactured.
- Dispatch Coordination: Plan, organise, and oversee daily dispatches to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Internal Collaboration: Liaise closely with purchasing, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly.
