Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of our fantastic and long-standing client based in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and well-established manufacturing business, with full training provided.
Your Role as a Factory Operative:
- Operating factory machinery and production equipment.
- Preparing, assembling or manufacturing products.
- Packing and labelling finished products.
- Checking products for quality and reporting defects.
- Feeding materials into machines and removing finished products.
- Moving raw materials and finished goods.
- Potentially doing repetitive/manual work and standing for long periods.
Requirements:
- Ability to use hand tools (training provided).
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently and towards targets.
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay & Shifts:
£13.45 per hour
Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30
Friday 08:00 - 13:00
