Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and win new B2B clients in the luxury sector (such like electronics, beauty, fragrance, spirits and premium retail)
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
- Understand client needs to craft custom packaging solutions that combine design, functionality, and eco-consciousness
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal design, production, and sustainability teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends in luxury branding, sustainable materials, and market movements
- Attend relevant trade shows, networking events, and client meetings (travel as required)
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Requirements:
- 3 - 5+ years of B2B sales experience as a "hunter"
- Strong network within luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brand sectors
- Proven ability to sell consultative, high-value solutions to senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of sustainability issues in packaging and strong commercial awareness of trends in eco-conscious design
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for premium design and innovation
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
