Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Welder to join our client based in Worcester. Our client is a well-established precision engineering company that works with major businesses within the agricultural and automotive industries, producing high-quality engineered components and solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Welder to join a skilled manufacturing team, with the potential to secure a permanent position, following a successful interview and weld test.

As a Welder, your duties will include:

  • Carrying out welding work to a high standard on precision-engineered components
  • Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
  • Supporting the manufacture of products for the agricultural and automotive sectors
  • Following all health and safety procedures within the workshop

Previous welding experience - essential

Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment desirable

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay & Shifts:

  • £15.00 per hour
  • Monday - Friday
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity, subject to a successful interview and weld test
  • Weekly pay from an experienced payroll team
  • Holiday accrued up to 28 days (pro-rata)
